Today, former (and fired) FBI Director, Jame Comey testified in front of the Senate Intelligence Committee. Director Comey’s prepared remarks are here.
At the end of day, there were winners and losers. The biggest winner was Comey himself. While some of the Republican Senators questioned his motivation, no one on the committee questioned his integrity. That does not bode well for Mr. Trump.
Comey did a great job in dropping little “breadcrumbs” during his answers to questions for Independent Counsel, Robert Mueller, to follow ensuring that this investigation will go on for several more months.
