President Obama to pick Marine Gen. Joe Dunford as Joint Chiefs Chairman

I remember a time when the Commandant of the Marine Corps didn’t have a chair, let alone a voice, at the table except through the Chief of Naval Operations. Now, the table will belong to the Commandant.
