There is truth to the adage that “It is better to be lucky than good.” Today I discover “the lucky.”
Back in March, I set my DVD recorder to record “Static Shock” whenever it appeared on Cartoon Network. As soon as I did CN took the program off the air. After a month or so, I forgot about the programming.
Today, while paying my monthly visit to Dwayne McDuffie’s site, I discovered that CN started airing “Static Shock” on 25 September. Imagine my joy in finding out that my video recorder had a week’s worth of episodes already recorded.
Yup. Better lucky than good.
