Inception and Donald Duck?

Was the Chris Nolan movie, Inception, inspired by the 2004 Donald Duck comic, Uncle Scrooge: The Dream of a Lifetime?  You be the judge. The comic is very good and could be a problem for Chris Nolan despite his claim that he worked on the Inception script for 10 years.
