This was a fun episode even if it was primarily focused on Zak and Fiskerton. It is not a big secret that I’m not a Zak Saturday fan. As they used to say when I was growing up, “He just loud and wrong.”
However, in this episode, Zak was just right because this show was about Fiskerton coming to terms with his heritage, his family and with his fate.
It also introduced Zak’s old babysitter, Abby Grey, who Zak was crushing on like a bee to honey. Abby clearly got Doyle’s attention and the payoff at the end of the episode was funny and good theater.
The show’s writing was clever, intelligent and quick paced. It was a delightful twenty-two minutes. Next up…Food of the Giants.
