It is no secret that I am a big fan of this show and like many was devastated when Netflix announced that they’d cancelled the series. In an earlier post, I stated that for the most part we had resolution of most of the character conflicts, but also much of the resolution would have to be “hand-waved.”
Then on June 29th, series creator Lana Wachowski announced on the Sense8 Facebook page that the series will get a two-hour finale next year. Her letter is below:
I’m looking forward to this movie finale, not because we deserve it, but because these characters deserve appropriate resolution of their series problems. Netflix and the Wachowski sisters are doing right by their viewers and that’s great.
