The GOP, the party of “Fiscal Responsibility,” votes to raise the deficit beyond recovery. This morning the United States Senate passed along party lines a permanent structural deficit increase under the guise of a tax cut to the middle class. The real sin in passing this bill is that most of the Senators voting for the bill have no idea what is in the bill they so hastily passed. This bill will have lasting repercussions for a generation of Americans.
